Application: Ready to use. Melt at 40 °C in a bain-marie or in a microwave on thaw setting. Spread and smooth with a single movement of the spatula or pour onto the frozen entremets (no frost). To prevent condensation on the icing, take out the frozen entremets a few minutes before applying the icing.

Advantages: Stable texture allowing a clean cut on all types of support (domes, log, etc.).
Ideal for freezing and deep freezing.
