Unipâtis - Crème Cacao


Unsweetened bitter cocoa paste, to flavour creams, ganaches, ice cream,
doughs or whipped cream.


Ready to use. Use different amount of sugar to create intense cocoa tastes.


Paste: Incorporate 5-8% aromatic paste for cakes and sponge cakes, 4-6% for cookies and 5% for other doughs.
Cream: Incorporate 5-8% aromatic paste.


Keep away from light in a cool dry place at room temperature (min. 15°C – max. 25°C).
12 months sealed / keep remaining product refrigerated and use within 1 month of opening.
