Cocoa Cream

Bitter cocoa paste, to flavour creams, ganaches, ice creams, pastes, whipped cream.

Easy to use, unsweetened, allows you to add sugar to your preference, intense cocoa taste.

Incorporate 5-8% of cocoa paste to cakes and sponge cakes preparation, 4-6% to cookies mix and 5% to other doughs. Creams: Incorporate 5-8% of cocoa cream

Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 15°C - max. 25°C). 1 year in unopened package. 1 month in cold storage after opening.
