The remarkable brilliance of the neutral Himalaya glaze elegantly enhances the finish of all desserts.
Cold process neutral glaze for entremets, bavarians, creams and mousses.
Gloss aspect, brightens and protects the fruit against oxidation and dehydration, enhances the taste of the tarts. Stable texture on all types of support (domes, logs). Keeps the same gloss after deep freezing.
Ready to use (do not add water), liquefies by stirring, stir before use. Apply with a brush or a spatula.
Store in a dark, dry place at ambient temperature (10-25 °C). Keep cold after opening.
