Red concentrated coating
Traditional concentrated glaze for fruit tart. Hot process.
High concentration, inexpensive glaze.
Glossy, it brightens and protects fruits from oxidation and dehydration while enhancing the taste of tarts.
Rapid gelification. Stable texture on all types of support even when freezed and thawed.
Add 40 to 45% of water or fruit juice to the concentrated glaze.
Heat ove low heat until boiling (do not let boil).
Let sit 2 min before applying with a brush. Refrigerate to set. Can be used and warmed up several times.
Keep away from light and moisture at room temperature.
12 months sealed / Keep remaining product refrigerated. Use within 3 weeks after opening.
