Aromatic paste for creams (butter creams, custard, mousseline cream), ice cream and pastries.


Good consistency, pronounced taste, 100% pistachio.


Ready to use. Hot or cold incorporation using a premix.
For 1 kg of butter cream or pastry cream, add between 80 and 100g of pistachio paste.
For cold use in butter cream: add the pistachio paste in a premix with the help of a triangle or horn.


Away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 15°C – max. 20°C).
