Lemon Meringue Crunch
Fruity crisp made with white chocolate couverture, pure cocoa butter, cookie shortbread and dehydrated lemon and meringue chips. For entremets, tarts, eclairs, ice creams and chocolate bonbon interiors.
Palm oil free. Naturally fruity and naturally coloured with plant extracts.
Ready to use. To soften the texture, the product can be heated for a few moments in the microwave and then spread directly onto the cookie base. Use as an insert in family-size or individual-size entremets and logs. For use in chocolate interiors, bonbons or truffle balls. For use in dessert verrines, tiramisu and plate decorations.
Shelf life depends on storage conditions, 12 months from date of manufacture. In original, well-closed packaging, protected from light, heat and humidity (between 10° and 25° C degrees / RH Max 70%). Sensitive to strong odors. Consume within 3 weeks of opening.
