Crunchy Kadaif Strawberry Filling
Crunchy white chocolate filling with kadaif and strawberry, ready to use as an insert in entremets, chocolates, bonbons, trompe l’oeil, tarts and éclairs.
Ready to use. To soften the texture, the product can be heated for a few moments in the microwave, then spread directly onto the cookie base. Can also be used as a chocolate filling for bonbons and for plate decorations.
Shelf life depends on storage conditions. Shelf life 12 months from date of manufacture protected from light, heat and humidity (between 10°-25° C / R.H. Max 70%). Sensitive to strong odors. Consume as soon as possible after opening. Best before 1 year closed / 3 weeks refrigeration after opening.
