Liquid topping spray veil for topping machine.

Quick and convenient. Texture stable in freezing and thawing, revives and protects fruit from oxidation and dehydration, enhances the taste of your pies. The brilliance of the topping is superior to that of the traditional method.

Shake before use. Preheat machine, setting temperature between 70° and 90°C depending on type of machine. Apply spray to cooled products, holding gun in vertical position.

Shelf life 8 months from date of manufacture, protected from light, heat and humidity. After opening, keep for 3 weeks in a cool place at 0-4°C.
