Made from roasted hazelnuts (50%) and caramelized with cooked sugar and raspberries (10%), to bring out the full flavour of the hazelnut and raspberry aromas.
Fluid, ready-to-use. Use in your chocolate candy and bar interiors, as well as in your pastry preparations (cake, mousse, ganache, etc.).
Protect from light and moisture, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 20°C). 12 months in closed packaging / 3 weeks in cold storage after opening.
