Alginate
Natural gelling agent in cold soluble powder from brown algae.
To make sweet and savoury liquid spheres:- Alginate must be mixed into a preparation low in calcium- Alginate must be added drop by drop into the preparation enriched in calcium (added calcium salt)
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (10-25°C).
Pot of 250g, 500g, 1kg and 5kg box.
