Pure cocoa butter.

Easy to use. Allows to fluidify the chocolate for the tablage and for the chocolate fountains.

Ready and easy to use. Melt separately, the melting points are different between chocolate and cocoa butter. Heat to 30-35°C in microwave, bain-marie or oven.

Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 5°C- max. 20°C). 18 months unopened package. 3 weeks after opening.
