Pure cocoa butter.
Ready-to-use, easy to use. Melt separately, as chocolate and cocoa butter have different melting points. Heat to 30-35°C in microwave, bain-marie or oven.
Protect from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 5°C- max. 20°C). 18 months sealed / 3 weeks after opening.
