To give taste and color to your creams, cookies, macaroons, chocolate and ganaches. These fruit powders can be mixed directly into all preparations without prior dilution. Ideal solution for all appliances that do not support water such as chocolate and creams. We recommend putting 5% of freeze-dried fruit powder in your white chocolate coating for a balance of flavors.
Store in a dry and dark place, ideally at a temperature between 15 and 25 °C. Humidity level < 60%.
