Writing dough to personalize your cakes (Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday…).

Good chocolate taste, soft texture. Ideal for freezing and deep-freezing.

Ready to use (do not add water), can be slightly softened in the microwave. Use with a greaseproof paper cone for writing.

Protect from light and humidity, at room temperature (10-25°C). 12 months in closed packaging / 3 weeks in cold storage after opening.
