Smooth Macaroons

Powdered preparation for macaroon shells, based on almond powder.

Fast, consistent results

Beat for 4 min on high speed. Immediate staining on silicone pastry cloth or baking paper. Bake on lined baking sheet. Fan-assisted oven at 135-140°C for approx. 30 min. After baking, let stand in the oven with the door closed, then assemble.

Protect from light and moisture at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C). 12 months in closed packaging / 2 months at room temperature after opening.
