strawberry ice cream – powdered preparation

Tasty, fruit-rich ice-cream powder for delicious homemade ice creams.

Quick and easy to prepare, you can obtain up to 3.5 liters of ice cream for 1 kg of powdered mix, with a naturally good and always stable result. Preservative-free and made in France.

Pour 2 liters of water for 1 kg of preparation. Stir well with a hand or electric whisk. Leave the mixture to stand for ¼ hour, then pour into the ice cream machine. NB: It is advisable to check the potability of the water used to rehydrate the mixture. If in doubt, boil it.

Store away from light, heat and moisture in a suitable location.
