Yuzu peel powder
Freeze-dried yuzu peel powder, 100% fruit and 100% natural.
Add flavor and color to creams, cookies, macaroons, chocolate and ganaches. These fruit powders mix directly into all preparations without prior dilution. Ideal for all water-insensitive appliances such as chocolate and creams. We recommend that you add 5% freeze-dried fruit powder to your white chocolate couverture to achieve a balance of flavors.
Store in a dry, dark place, ideally between 15 and 25°C. Humidity < 60%.
