CORN STARCH

Corn starch used to make creams, puddings and pastries.

Thickener with swelling power that makes any sweet preparation light. Neutral flavor.

Ideal for pastries, cream desserts and sauces. For a flan, use 3 to 4 tablespoons for 1/4 liter of milk.

Store away from heat, light and humidity R.H. max 70%. Shelf life 18 months in unopened packaging from date of manufacture and 2 months after opening / close tightly after each use.
