PECTIN FRUIT PASTE
Gelling agent for fruit paste and confectionery.
Dosage indication: 1 to 2% Pre-mix pectin with a portion of sugar, then disperse in water under vigorous agitation to avoid lumps. NB: The gel formed is not reversible on heating.
Protect from light and moisture, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C). 12 months in closed packaging / 2 months at room temperature after opening.
