Pectin Fruit Paste
Gelling agent for fruit paste, confectionery.
Dosage indication: 1 to 2%. Pre-mix the pectin dry with some of the sugar, then add the mixture to the water while wisking vigorously to prevent any lumps. NB: The gel formed is not reversible by heating.
Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C). 12 months in unopened package. 2 months at room temperature after opening.
