Himalaya Neutral Tablecloth

Neutral cold glaze for entremets, mousses, bavarois, ice creams and fruit tarts.

No coloring, no flavoring. Gelled with fruit pectin.

Protects fruit from oxidation and dehydration. Stable texture on all types of supports (domes, logs, etc.). Rapid gelation, constant shine, suitable for deep-freezing.

Ready-to-use, do not add water. Stir before use, then apply with a brush or spatula.

Protect from light and humidity, at room temperature (10-25°C). Keep refrigerated after opening.
