Based of roasted almonds and hazelnuts (60%) caramelized with cooked sugar to bring out the flavors.
Fluid, ready to use. To be used in your chocolate and bar interiors as well as in your pastry preparations (cake, mousse, ganache, etc).
Protect from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 20°C). 12 months in closed packaging / 3 weeks in cold storage after opening.
