Made with roasted pistachios (50%) and caramelized with cooked sugar, to bring out the flavor of pistachio aromas.
Crunchy filling made from pure white cocoa butter couverture chocolate, cookie chips, whole roasted and salted pistachios and pistachio paste. Add crunch to your recipes: entremets, tarts, éclairs, ice creams and chocolate bonbon interiors. Palm oil free. Ready to use, no cooking required. This insert combines textures for a fine, crunchy finish. To soften, heat for a few moments in the microwave, then spread. Add to cupcakes, mousses, ganaches or cakes. Suitable for freezing.
