WHEAT STARCH

Wheat starch used to make creams, puddings and pastries.

Used as a thickener and stabilizer in a variety of recipes, providing a smooth texture and improving the overall consistency of the final product.

Ideal for pastries, cream desserts and sauces. For a flan, use 3 to 4 tablespoons for 1/4 liter of milk.

Store away from heat, light and humidity R.H. max 70%. Shelf life 18 months in unopened packaging from date of manufacture and 2 months after opening / close tightly after each use.
