Classic Apricot Glaze (10-20% dilution)
Classic blond glaze for fruit tarts, hot use.
Dilution 10 to 20% water or fruit juice.
Naturally colored with vegetable extracts. 100% natural apricot flavor.
Add 10 to 20% water or fruit juice to the glaze. Heat over low heat until simmering (do not boil). Let stand for 2 minutes then brush on topping. Can be reheated several times
Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature. 12 months in unopened package. 3 weeks in the refrigerator after opening.
