Quick and easy to use, gelling is rapid and holds on all types of supports (domes, logs...). Highly shiny, it adds sparkle to fruit while protecting it from oxidation and dehydration. It retains its shine even after freezing.

Add 10-20% water or fruit juice to glaze. Heat over low heat until boiling (do not boil). Let stand 2 min, then brush over glaze. Can be heated several times

Store away from light and moisture, at room temperature. 12 months in closed packaging/ 3 weeks in cold storage after opening.
