Cocoa Cream

Bitter cocoa paste, for flavouring creams, ganaches, ice creams, pastes, whipped cream.

Easy to use, unsweetened, allows independent sugar dosage, intense cocoa taste.

Incorporate 5-8% aromatic paste for cakes and sponges, 4-6% for cookies and 5% for other doughs. Creams: Incorporate 5-8% aromatic paste.

Protect from light and moisture, at room temperature (min. 15°C - max. 25°C). 1 year in closed packaging / 1 month in cold storage after opening.
