Ready to use. Use as an insert in family-size or individual-size entremets and logs. In chocolate factories, for use inside chocolate bonbons or truffle balls. In restaurants, for use in dessert verrines, tiramisu and plate decorations. To soften the texture, the product can be heated for a few moments in the microwave, then spread directly onto the cookie base.
Shelf life depends on storage conditions, 12 months from date of manufacture. In original, well-closed packaging, protected from light, heat and humidity (between 10° and 25° C degrees / RH Max 70%). Sensitive to strong odors. Consume within 3 weeks of opening.
