Marc de Champagne Chocolate Ganache

Pastry ganache with ivory chocolate and Marc de Champagne, made with dairy cream, without palm oil, without hydrogenated fats.

Can be frozen and deep-frozen without cracking. Quality product, smooth and scrumptious texture.

Ready to use. Use as a filling for sweets (candy chocolates, truffles) or pastry (tarts, etc..).

Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C). 10 months in unopened package. 3 weeks in cold storage after opening.
