Pectin for Jam
Gelling agent for jam.
Dosage indication: 0.50 to 1.50 % depending on the desired texture. Pre-mix the pectin dry with a part of the sugar, then add the mixture to the water while wisking vigorously to prevent lumps. The final texture is obtained after 24 hours.
Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C).
