Aromatic paste for creams (buttercream, crème pâtissière, crème mousseline), ice creams and pastries. No added coloring or flavoring

Nice consistency, strong taste, 100% pistachio.

Ready to use. Incorporate hot or cold using a premix. For 1 kg of buttercream or crème pâtissière, incorporate 80 to 100g of pistachio paste. For cold use in buttercream: incorporate pistachio paste as a premix using a triangle or horn.

Protect from light and moisture, at room temperature (min. 15°C - max. 20°C). 9 months closed packaging / 3 weeks cold storage after opening.
