Crêpes Minutes (without installation)
Instant pancake powder.
Makes about 30-35 crêpes. Whisk together 1 kg pancake mix and 1 liter 3 ⁄ 4 to 2 liters of water or milk (or half water, half milk). Add 2 to 3 spoonfuls of oil and, if required, a little rum or Grand Marnier for flavour. Use immediately, without letting the dough rest.
Protect from light and moisture at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C). 12 months in closed packaging / 2 months at room temperature after opening.
