MODIFIED CORN STARCH

Modified corn starch is a gelling agent that adds consistency to sauces, for example. This modified starch powder enables cold binding of liquids. This preparation is ideal for firm fillings, cream desserts and toppings in pastry-making.

Taste neutral. Of plant origin, extracted in particular from cereals to improve the natural properties of a food.

Dosage as a dietary thickening powder: 25g to 50g per liter of preparation, depending on the desired texture.

Store away from heat, light and humidity R.H. max 70%. Shelf life 18 months in unopened packaging from date of manufacture and 2 months after opening / close tightly after each use.
