Based of roasted almonds (20%), cashew nuts and roasted cashew nuts (46%) caramelized with cooked sugar to bring out the flavors of the almond and cashew, as well as a touch of fleur de sel.
Fluid, ready to use. To be used to fill your chocolate bonbons, chocolate bars and all your pastry preparations (cake, mousse, ganache, etc).
Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 20°C). 12 months in unopened package. 3 weeks in cold storage after opening.
