PECTIN NEUTRAL TOPPING

Gelling agent for reversible neutral toppings without pulp.

For low-sugar toppings for tarts, sponge cakes and cookies.

Suggested dosage: 0.8 to 1.5% (15g for 1kg topping). Mix with 5 to 6 times the weight of sugar. Disperse in water under rapid agitation. Complete dissolution takes around 15 min.

Store away from light and moisture, at room temperature.
