Neutral concentrated pectin for glaze

Gelling agent for reversible neutral toppings without pulp.

For making low-sugar toppings for pies, cakes and cookies.

Indicative dose : from 0.8 to 1.5%. Mix with 5 to 6 times the weight of sugar. Disperse in water under rapid agitation. The complete dissolution is obtained in about 15 minutes.

Keep away from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C).
